Help Wanted!

A member of our congregation at The Grace Place Church and dear friend recently strong-in-character-blessing-god-by-blessing-others-2-728survived a very traumatic situation. As a result, she has made some very brave and life altering changes. One of those changes was to move out of her home of 40+ years into a rental home with very few of her personal belongings.

As her family in Christ, she needs not only our prayers, but our support. She has some very specific immediate needs. If you have any of the items listed below that you would be willing and able to donate, it would be most appreciated.

  • Kitchen pots
  • Small Crock Pot (DONATED 1/20/16)
  • Living Room Furniture (SOFA, LOVESEAT, CHAIR DONATED 1/21/16)
  • Vacuum Cleaner
  • Television with HDMI Connectivity for Living Room (so that she can watch DVD movies. She does not yet have cable or internet capability)  (DONATED 1/20/16)
  • Bookcase
  • Bed (for guestroom) so that when her grandchildren spend the night they have a place to sleep. (SINGLE BED FRAME AND MATTRESS DONATED 1/21/16)

The Church will be taking up a Love Offering over the next 2-3 Sundays as well. If you would like to mail a love offering, please direct to:
