Elder Jake Futch
Great news. Elder Jake Futch is on the way home from the Hospital. He suffered a concussion. His memory is beginning to return and he is expected to be much better in a few days. He will undergo surgery on his left hand to repair a broken finger. He is bruised and quite sore but very thankful for God’s blessing upon him.
Please continue to pray for Brother Jake, Sister Kim and their children, Hayden and Luke.
Elder W.H. ‘Bill’ Durrence
Elder W.H. ‘Bill’ Durrence suffered a spell while in the pulpit preaching this morning at Brooklet Primitive Baptist Church. He became faint and experienced pain in his left arm.
Brother Bill’s son-in-law, Bobby Gee, reported that Brother Bill is undergoing a series of tests at the East Georgia Regional Hospital in Statesboro at this time. They do not believe, however, that the episode was a heart attack.
Please keep Brother Bill, Sister Vanna and their family in your prayers as they search for the cause of this incident.
